Prototype in silicon. Ship in steel.

Simulate, infer and decide in code, so every build, batch and trial you run is the right one. Every tool here was built for our in-house R&D line and proved itself on our own work before we licensed it to yours. Try any of them on your data in a free consultation.

InfrastructureAudit trail, built in

QC from understanding

Built in order: the right physics models first, the right measurements next, learned stand-ins on top, and the data infrastructure underneath to store, monitor and act on all of it. Run continuously, this gives you the two things quality control needs: an answer to whether the current run is in control, and a steer toward the next, most useful one — in production, and just as well during research.

Answers: is this run in control, and what should we run next? For production lines, pilot plants and autonomous labs in materials, semiconductors, photovoltaics and nanomaterials that want continuous observability, an audit trail and a path toward compliance. Built first for our own perovskite-PV and nanoparticle research, and running there today.

Software, available now

Software1 spectrum → size & shape

Optical materials characterisation from one spectrum

Size and shape distribution of nanoparticles, and other optical material properties, from a single UV-Vis-NIR or Raman spectrum. In development: the same answer from single-particle tracking, the Brownian motion of particles under a laser (also called nanoparticle tracking analysis).

Answers: what size and shape distribution produced this spectrum? For nanoparticle and nanomaterial producers, catalysis, lateral-flow and other diagnostics using gold nanoparticles, inks and coatings, QC labs and instrument makers. Grew out of our own nanoparticle-characterisation research (see Results).

Software~1,000× per evaluation

Device simulation built for design sweeps, and its millisecond stand-in

An independent device simulator built for thousands of runs in a row, plus a learned stand-in that answers in about a millisecond.

Answers: which device parameters explain this J–V curve, and what happens across a sweep? For solar cells (perovskite, organic, tandem), LEDs and OLED displays, photodetectors and image sensors, battery and electrochemical cells, and autonomous labs. Built for our own perovskite-PV simulation work (see Results), then generalised.

Software230×

Spectroscopy fitting that keeps up with the measurement

Steady-state fit of transient-absorption and other pump-probe spectra, hundreds of times faster than cycle-by-cycle; the same inference engine for Raman and UV-Vis.

Answers: which rate constants fit this transient-absorption dataset, at the pace of the measurement? For photovoltaics, photocatalysis, OLED and photochemistry labs, Raman and UV-Vis users, spectrometer makers and autonomous labs. Built for our own transient-absorption work (see Results).

Software1 day to first explorer

Large measurement data, explorable in a day

An interactive explorer for large measurement datasets, on site or in the cloud: hyperspectral cameras first, other imaging and spectral streams easily added.

Answers: what is in these terabytes of camera files, today? For labs producing more data than they can look at, instrument makers and imaging-heavy QC. Built first as our own hyperspectral explorer (see Results).

SoftwareGB/s streams

GPU compression for measurement streams

A compression package for hyperspectral and other high-rate measurement data, built for gigabytes per second and for keeping the physics in the data intact.

Answers: how much of this stream do we need to keep to still answer our questions? For hyperspectral and high-speed imaging labs, instrument makers and autonomous labs storing more than they can afford. Grew out of the same hyperspectral R&D line (see Results).

Training and courses

Training2–3 days

AI in the Loop

A course for research and engineering teams: where AI pays off a hundred times, how to design experiments and data for it, and how to run the model–measure–decide loop yourselves.

For R&D teams in materials — from semiconductors and photovoltaics to nanomaterials.

Prices and licence terms on request.

Next step

Ask the bigger question.

What would you ask if every experiment had its answer by tomorrow? Start there. Your material, device or process follows. Picture what your science and engineering could reach when every measurement is answered the same day; the experiments follow from that question, and the loop that runs them stays yours.
